After his unfortunate motorcycle accident, Treat Williams already had an important net worth
On June 12, actor Treat Williams tragically passed away after being involved in a motorcycle accident. His untimely passing was covered by all media organizations and outlined the impressive career he had in Hollywood. At the time of the accident, Treat was 71 years old. Throughout his career, Williams had a staggering 130+ acting credits to his name. Amongst the projects in which he worked, we got 'Hair', 'Prince of the City', 'Smooth Talk', 'Mulholland Falls', 'Miss Congeniality 2', 'Everwood', 'Good Advice', 'Chicago Fire', amongst many others. As far as nominations is concerned, he received a Primetime Emmy nomination for his performance in HBO's 'The Late Shift' movie.
Treat Williams developed a taste for flying airplanes from an early age, he had an instructor who offered to teach Williams how to fly a Piper Super Cub. Since he was 21, Treat became a private pilot and eventually became an FAA instrument-rated commercial pilot with privileges in single engine, multi-engine airplanes as well as rotorcraft helicopters. Needless to say, his passion for speed and adrenaline was also always present on the ground. Hence his love for motorcycles. Throughout his life, Williams owned several airplanes that include a Piper Cherokee 180 and a Piper Navajo Chieftain.
Including his million mansion in Park City, Treat Williams also had many assets that lifted his net worth to million by the time of his untimely death. Even though he wasn't one of Hollywood's A-list stars, Treat Williams is one of those faces you often recognized in different films or television series. Amongst his peers, Williams was always considered one of the hardest workers and quite the accomplished actor. May he rest in peace and may his family find solace in this tragedy.
