National Morel Mushroom Festival, Boyne City Michigan

Every May Boyne City, Michigan fills with visitors from all over the county who have a special affinity for the morel mushroom. The festival includes morel hunting, arts and crafts, a beer tent, and plenty of delicious examples of morel mushroom cuisine. The carnival atmosphere makes it a great outing for the whole family.
