Why have an appointment system if there is no point to honoring appointments? The entire process of licensing services here is beyond archaic. Bouncing people from window to window to window telling us to bring documents only to then have us email them to you at another desk and be made to wait another 15+ additional minutes is highly inefficient. How is it efficient to have one individual verify I brought the correct documents only to be forced to email them to another window and wait just to be sent to a completely different window and wait again. Your employees are incompetent and the entire process of transferring to this state is pathetic.
