Dr Hassan has been our Primary Doctor for 8 years. He is a very good doctor, always helpful and on point with his treatments. Nurse Practitioner Amy is outstanding! Both nurse practitioners are very responsive to calls or needs, and excellent clinically. The entire staff persons are patient and helpful, either by phone or in office.

This man is unethical. If he decides he doesnt want you as a patient he is mean and bullies you until you leave. He did this to me on my second visit and I have read other reviews where he has treated others in the same way. This is unethical behavior and I am reporting him to the AMA.

Such an inefficient, disorganized ofc. Aside from medical, during this ICE AGE we are going thru right now, I ASSUMED u would b closed, but had made provisions for patients w appts this wk to cancel, bc no one that's smart will be on these roads. I called twice every day, got useless msg. Can't leave msg to cancel. Finally yest, went on patient portal & sent msg to cancel Thurs appt. Will it get in right hands? Doubt it. And how many of your aged patients are on Patient Portal??? This is not rocket science folks, to make provision for patients to leave msg for Drs ofc, has been done for many YEARS in other ofcs. But your ofc 'couldn't be bothered'. This may be the last straw. I'm kinda done.

Great staff but they're terrible with calling in scripts. It hasn't taken less than 8 hrs to get medicine in on a good day and sometimes, like today again, it will take over 24 hours.

I've been a patient for many years. The quality of care received has significantly declined. I don't know what the breakdown in communication is or wherein it lies. With the physician or the staff. I called and notified them 6 days ago I had been admitted to the hospital. Seems kinda shady for the front office to call me in the hospital to see if I was keeping my appointment . Come on man. You were notified. You surely get records. I'm unsure as to whether I will continue with them or not. Dr Hassan has always handled my care very well. I hate to lose a good doctor. But bad things happen too often. Refills not processed, tests not being scheduled. I hope you can fix these issues. It's a shame to see a good clinic go to ruin.
