First time here and I really loved it! As soon as I pulled up I could smell the great flavors this place was cooking up on a... bright Saturday morning. I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. My family used to always go to this place and even referred friends and family... to this restaurant as well. Like loyal customers, we called into their restaurant for a take-out order. First of all, the womanwho answered kept hanging up on me and tried to blame me for the connection problems. Then, I spent the next 25 minutes givingher a simple family order. LITERALLY 5 combo plates of the same thing. And that took 25 minutes! Then, when I asked for thetotal cost and asked for the food to be all vegetarian; Sergio, the apparent supervisor, took the phone and informed me thatthey no longer feel comfortable with my order because he, nor the restaurant wanted to be blamed if meat came into any of theplates. I asked the order to be vegetarian and they couldn?t assure it?ll be vegetarian, that?s HORRIBLE! If you want badcustomer service, then La Charreada is the place to go! Traveling through Ohio, I must say this was a pleasant find. The food was quite good, service pleasant and fast enough. I might... have liked a little more alcohol in the margarita, but when served by the pitcher for a large party, what do you expect? Anyway,as of mid-May '22 it remains affordable too.
