We are visiting Sioux Falls for a few weeks, and have tried several restaurants. So far Chef Lance’s has offered us the best dinning experience. I ordered one of their salmon dishes. It was delicious, generous, and aesthetically well-presented. The ambience was lovely. They did such a nice job elevating a historic building with a contemporary look. Our server (I forgot her name; she has a swallow tattoo) was attentive, pleasant, and lively. I had two glasses of Pinot noir. It was an excellent choice. The wine happens to be from Santa Barbara where we live. Just a wonderful experience, and we shall return.
