Not only can I not reach a live @Xfinity agent, but Twitter’s customer care is unprofessional as well. No one ever responded and it’s been since yesterday. It’s time for a new internet provider. Too expensive anyway.

@Xfinity Now they want me to wait more time and pay for someone to come into my home at this time to install the WiFi since the apartment complex has Xfinity too. I asked rep if I needed to know anything else this was never talked about!

@JPaigeWWJ @Xfinity @comcast So interesting. Lynn is on Zoom or other internet calls all day long with folks across the country. She got so frustrated with AT&T being terribly slow & constantly dropping the connection that we switched to Xfinity, which most of our neighbors here in GP have. Guess it depends.
