He guys, I've searched and read other posts but nothing solved my issue. I change the battery and the alternator and I still get the battery and brake light flashing. I also checked the brake fluid. All three are non issues. Any clue what this could be?

Are they continuously flickering or do they just do this at startup?
Or does the problem not even come on at startup?
When did it start/ had you done something like custom audio?
Interesting that after changing the 2 big power components the lights still flicker, those lights are the usual indicators that you're running out of juice.
Maybe the BCM or IPDM isn't accurately reading the power it's getting, yet somehow still powering all your modules with no issue.
You probably already tightened the major terminals while replacing the battery and alternator, but I'd check how the wires in that battery compartment are grounded; check for corrosion.

The flicker on startup for a few min then go away. Then randomly come back while driving
