Heavy handed, high pressure sales technique. Difficult to cancel. Many other "stretch" facilities around that I would go to instead of Stretch Zone
The Regional Manager for the Clemson, SC branch is extremely unprofessional. Her name is Kathi, I have looked numerous places trying to find her bosses number but have been unsuccessful. She’s rude to get team, treats them like they are beneath her, and overall conducts herself in an unprofessional way. And when I mean unprofessional I mean I have NEVER seen a manager let alone a regional manager act like this. She should be fired or at least re-trained on things such as human decency and common sense.See more
I was never informed that my credit card would be charged 99 dollar every months. I lost over 1200 dollar just keep charging in my account. I am really dissapointed with their policy. Please be aware before sign any doucments read carefully other wise you will end of paying lots of money every month even if you don't user their service.See more
They make it VERY difficult to get out of the membership. And keep charging your card. And then when I finally got them to cancel it, but I still had sessions paid for to use, they canceled my account before I had a chance to use them all. Which is good since it did my body more harm than good, the reason I was trying to stop the membership. But I lost a lot of money. Buyer Beware of doing buisness with StretchZone. See more

Beware of this company. I enjoyed their services from 11/27/2024 through 1/28/2025. I indicated verbally that I would not be continuing services and was sent a text whereby I was to open the sent link and fill out the cancellation form. Inadvertently deleted text, therefore my credit card was debited 0 on 2/7/2025 for 4 February sessions of which I was traveling out-of-state & would not use. Upon seeing I had been charged for February, I called the business. Staff member resent text, I completed cancellation form and chalked it up to “My Bad”. Today 3/7/3025, Stretch Zone debited my credit card ANOTHER 0 for 4 March sessions that I clearly will not use because it is their policy that they be given a 30-day notice. I will have paid 0 for 8 sessions I did not want nor use.
The staff at this site are super nice and competent, they simply work for a superbly sleazy corporation.

I have sciatic issues and flare ups constantly. I work out at the gym three days a week and I stretch but not nearly as much as I should. I opted to try stretch zone and Stacy was amazing. She was in tune with your body and what stretches it needed. I felt very good on the initial stretch and have been back for more!!

This company starts recurring charges to your account immediately and they make it near impossible to cancel. They dont honor your membership at other location and they refuse to refund your money stolen from your account.

Considerable pain following the visit for several days. Still billed for 30 days following cancellation (rip off). Website site indicated even after cancellation anything paid will be credited to visits available for 90 days. My account shows available visits to be 0.

The manager Sam just wants your money and she will do anything to sign you up for a membership. Lack in flexibility to reschedule or cancel your appointment and forget about any refund for customer satisfaction. I would give negative stars if I could.

Didn't realize I was signing a recurring charge. Now have a second 0 charge coming because it's within 30 days. So I've paid 5 for my one visit which was supposed to be free. Lol beware this is worse than the old gun membership scams.

I went to Stuart Fl location for a complimentary stretch on November 5th. Met with Geno who told me I could purchase a month for 0.00. He NEVER informed me that it would be a reoccurring monthly charge. When I saw that I had a pending charge on December 4th on my credit card I called location, got VM & left message. I drove there & was told he was not there. He finally called me back & said he would send me a link on app to cancel, but of course did not refund! Poor business practice!

Tyler at the Woodstock Georgia Stretch Zone has released tension in my back, leg and shoulders which has greatly added to my recovery from a recent knee injury. I highly recommend Tyler who is very knowledgeable in the physiological treatment of stress release and pain management.

This is my 3rd stretch. I feel super relaxed this time. I believe the stretching is beneficial for my body. I've lived with pain and am recovering from 2 knee replacements. Due to that I have been walking around very tight in order to mentally protect myself from pain. Although I stretch daily at home, I could not get my muscles to release. Today I feel I am losing that urge to protect and am walking so much more relaxed. Nick and Stacey at the Clermont Florida location are getting my high five.

The StretchZone process from demo to stretch is smooth and inviting. I have worked with several of the stretch artists and am seeing positive results now.
Great location. Easy access and parking.

I initially had a positive experience with Stretch Zone. However, it is very frustrating that I tried to cancel the membership & there is no option to do so using the online account. I then called to ask about canceling & did exactly what I was told to do. I sent an email with details I was told to include, but there was no response to that email & no follow-up call, like I was told. I called the Cutler Bay location multiple times since then & asked to speak with a supervisor or manager, but kept getting the run around. Was told each time the manager was busy and would return my call. No one returned my call. I was also told after providing details on when the email to cancel the membership was sent that someone “started working on it.” I initially thought this membership was a good idea & would benefit me. But my plans changed & I preferred to go in on a as needed basis. I only requested a refund for the last month & had intended to use the remaining services that were already paid for. I paid for 12 services with a 90-day membership & only used 1 of those 12 services. Someone named Orlando eventually returned my call only after I left a bad Google review on their website. I could tell that he was lying & had no intention to follow through with his claim of escalating the matter to corporate. Since then, they removed the remaining services I had left & paid for. If StretchZone is supposedly “committed to providing high-quality customer service,” what is their explanation for this? This review is specifically for the Cutler Bay, FL location. The store managers or owners are Alina Pitsika & Sachin Kumar.
