Make sure every "T" is crossed and every "I" is dotted. I bought preneed cemetery and paid it off in 2016. It became at need in 2022. I am having a major problem with Rose Hills right now with them not wanting to install the plaque with the inscriptions which were a part of the preneed package that was bought and paid for. Be very careful!!

First of all, for being a well known cemetery, you should of handled our services like a professional business . We only had the sky Rose chapel for an hour. Anything after that they would charge extra. We get it. We'll when they went to close my husband's casket.. it wouldn't close . They kept trying and trying.. mean while everyone waiting and wondering what was the hold up. The supervisor gave me the impression she jus didn't care. She didn't give us any options and was on phone . . We already had rented the hall from certain time . She was stalling. I finally said we can't wait on her so had no choice but to burst Him without the casket locking . We were in the church for an extra hour and a half . That's how long they kept us there. If we were to stay that long they would of majorly charged us . So not only they broke the lock on casket., they kept us there forever, acted like they werent trying to help us . They made us lose out on part of the time we rented the hall for.. by the time, I wasn't a happy camper . It is very sad wen we lose a loved one and then for that crap they did . I jus wanted to go home . It was bad .. I don't think I want to have another servic there. Has anyone ever Experienced a casket not closing – Pam L.

I am so sorry for your loss and the mishandling of your loved one. I am experiencing a major disaster with Rose Hills right now. In 2014, I purchased a PRE need crypt space including the double plaque with inscriptions. This was paid off in 2016. In 2022, it became an AT need as my sister passed. Rose Hills is refusing to install the plaque because they're saying I must either include the 2nd (living) person's name NOW and when it becomes an at need they will add a plate with the dates OR I can purchase a new plaque at that time! This is so absurd and so very unethical!!!

My great grandfather was buried at Rose Hills in 2015. We did all the paperwork for him to get his headstone left multiple messages and never received answers. He was a Veteran and we sent all the necessary documentation to get his headstone. He still does not have one. Can someone please get back to me in regards to this. At this point I believe the benefit is no longer Ava and just want to proceed with purchasing it. – Lisa-Marie B.

i purchased a double crypt including the plaque and inscription on a preneed basis back in 2014. Purchase was completely paid off in 2016. The property and plaque became an at need in 2022. Rose Hills is refusing to honor the plaque as what we paid for. They want me to include all info on the decesdent PLUS add the name of the LIVING other person who use crypt space. UNETHICAL to say the least!

We're a low income family. Don't know if we can afford anything plot in the Rose Hills property. Can anyone tell me what is the lowest price of the plot? Is there financing? KK – K K.
