It's unfortunate that with insurance it's more difficult to get medication than out of pocket. CVS pharmacy is more likely to be stocked than here.

Great experience - I had a doctor appointment and was able to pickup prescriptions all in less than an hour. The pharmacy line looked long but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes because they had staff at every single window. It was so fast! Nice building and I even got a latte on the way out! And free parking.

Super helpful/ nice staff / pharmacists! Call before to fill your prescription to avoid waiting in the long line twice.

The service pharmacy at kaiser is horrible. The lines are long . There is only one person checking in the orders. The pick up time ranges between 30 to 45 minutes. The mail order is not any better. It took over 3 weeks to get an order. For as much as we pay for Kaiser, their service needs to improve.
