Founded in 2003, Fushimi Japanese Group has been an atelier for contemporary Japanese-fusion transformation, serving masterfully crafted Japanese dishes with innovative French tastes and techniques in a modern-meets-traditional style. Fushimi was first established in Staten Island and currently has five locations spread throughout Staten Island, Bay Ridge, Williamsburg, and our newest location, Manhattan.
I recently dined at Fushimi restaurant and opted for the lunch special. The seafood bisque left me amazed, rich in flavor and a perfect start. The sushi and sashimi plate was a delightful follow-up, showcasing freshness and skill. The 4-course lunch was just the right size, offering a variety that made it worth every penny...
A great place for couples, gatherings and groups. It was my birthday Jan 25th and my friends came out to celebrate it with me. The food and drinks were tasty. Top notch quality service. I highly recommend them for your next time out.
If you haven't been to Fushimi while visiting Times Square, I highly recommend it. The atmosphere brings you to a different place! The reataurant has a chic ambiance - and the interior design is gorgeous. The staff members are super friendly and bring the dining experience to another level. Family friend's place! Interior design took years I've heard. The ambiance and decoration makes you feel at ease. The ingredients are so fresh. Sashimi is soft and refreshing. What a feast. I'll definitely come back on my own. Recommended.
The decor at Fushimi is in a class of its own. Modern yet timeless, you're greeted with an array of torii's that sparks your curiosity. The food here is what brings this place to life. I highly recommend the Kumamoto oysters, they were some of the freshest I've tasted.
