Dallas Municipal Court is helping people resolve their outstanding City of Dallas warrants
Starting Saturday, Feb. 24, warrant fees will be waived when the respondent donates a new – unopened blanket or throw.
The respondent must drop off their donations when they check in with the court clerk to see the judge.
All blankets and throws will be donated to the Office of Homeless Solutions who in turn will donate as they deem appropriate.
Dallas Municipal Court wants to emphasize that those trying to resolve their Class C misdemeanor warrants will not be arrested.
Outstanding citations can be resolved at the following locations and times:
February 24 – 25, 8 a.m.- noon
Willie B. Johnson Recreation Center,12223 Willowdell Dr.
White Rock Hills Library, 9150 Ferguson Rd.
8 a.m.- noon (Must be checked in by noon)
Feb. 26 – March 1 and March 4 – 7
City of Dallas Municipal Court, 2014 Main St.
7:30 – 10 a.m. and 1 – 3 p.m.
March 2 – 3 8 a.m.- noon
MLK Recreation Center, 2901 Pennsylvania Ave.
Mattie Nash Recreation Center, 3710 N Hampton Rd.
8 a.m. – noon (Must be checked in by noon)
A government-issued picture ID is required when checking in to respond to any citation.
The Judge will only see six (6) violations per day (per person).
