If you have a problem at work, your Shop Steward or Union Representative is there for you.

Shop Stewards are your coworkers, elected by members to be the representative in the workplace. They are direct advocates for our sisters and brothers in the workplace and a vital link between CWA elected officers and the employer and the members.

Staff Representatives work full-time for the Union to support and advocate for the Membership and Elected Officers.
