Multiple stations respond to fire in Whitney Point
WHITNEY POINT (WBNG) -- A developing story out of Broome County where multiple stations are responding to a large fire.
The call went out around 11 Sunday morning for reports of an explosion heard along State Route 26 in Whitney Point.
12 News has a crew on the scene and reports that at least five fire stations are there.
State Police are also assisting and have SR 26 blocked off to traffic.
So far it isn’t clear which building is on fire or what exactly is in that building.
