>2 hours and 3 store visits to fix a bad SIM card (5 min process). Finally had to go to another store. Staff was nice and wanted to help but the company won't give him the tools to do it.

Tried to help me but wasn't informed enough to do so. Sold me a phone and plan I've spent over 0 on that ended up feeling like a scam.

My husband and I switched from T Mobil to Verizon today and purchased IPhones for the first time. Ryan Ott was the salesman that helped with the transaction and set our phones up and our account. He was very professional and most knowledgeable about the service and the product we choose. He took time with us to answer questions and made the experience very pleasant!
