General Hospital spoilers for the week of December 23, 2024, are here! Next week, fans can expect Cyrult Renault (Jeff Kober) to issue a sinister threat.
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) deals with Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison). Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) autopsy report should come in soon.
Also, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) seems to be having some adjustment issues. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up next week in the ABC soap opera.
GH spoilers for the week of December 23 reveal that Drew’s downfall is coming. While Drew is freaking out over Aurora and being unable to demote or fire Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) for five years, Sonny takes action. Once Sonny hears all about the drama at the Quartermaine Christmas party, he will lash out at Drew himself.
During the week of December 23, funeral arrangements will be planned for Dex. Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) knows Dex was estranged from his family, but he meant a lot to people in Port Charles.
It seems Josslyn is blaming herself a bit but once that autopsy comes in, there will likely be a justice quest.
General Hospital spoilers for next week reveal that Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) has already been removed from patient care.
Things might get worse once Dex’s autopsy comes back. If Dex died from a digitalis overdose just like Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), that could bring panic to the hospital.
While Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) urged Liz to stay away from the hospital, she might feel compelled to solve the mystery and clear her name.
With a secret killer in GH, Liz might want to heed Ric’s wisdom on this one, though. If another patient dies and Liz wasn’t even on the premises, then that alone could help her case and make them look for the real killer.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is determined to get justice for Dex. Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) could also have a revelation, which might crack the case wide open.
Christmas might be difficult for the Davis family this year, with Sam’s death being so recent as well as the baby’s tragic passing.
However, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and her daughters could use a little miracle and some healing this holiday season. Despite Molly Lansing’s (Kristen Vaganos) diagnosis, could she get a miracle pregnancy? Would that heal the divide between Molly and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow)?
There is also Lulu, who seems to have adjustment issues. Lulu understands what four years have passed, but that doesn’t stop the emotional reactions she has to old situations.
While they are still fresh in Lulu’s mind, people have moved on. That could hint at Lulu’s issues as her new chapter continues.

So sad writers had Lulu wake up and live in the past to the point they have written. Lulu is really becoming a character viewers would dislike and not dislike to hate, just dislike. So many characters need attitude adjustments on GH. Hopefully things will straighten out in 2025.
