Verified Renter It’s a great place to live. Always peaceful around the area, the neighborhood is great for walking. It is close to shopping, grocery stores, and several gas station. The area has amazing parks as well. The apartment is mostly updated, has a lot of storage and so far no major issues with anything. Maintenance is always friendly and quick to respond to any issue I may have. Also the included wifi is very fast!

Verified Renter Such a beautiful complex to live in. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Repairs are always completed same day or next. Never have had an issue and have been living here since May.

Verified Renter The snow has been a nightmare around here. The sidewalks aren’t plowed. The roads were slightly plowed and then melted. The office didn’t know who they could contact for a snow plow. When plowing the small bit they did they then blocked the covered parking so those people could not get out. Majority of the outside “street” lights are burnt out so it does not feel safe to walk around after dark. Verified Renter Residents here are honest. Nobody steals packages! I appreciate the consistent good job that management and maintenance do here. My nearest neighbors are quiet, nice, and thoughtful. I really like living at Rockwood Springs!
