The OTC allowance benefit can be used to buy eligible non-prescription items, plus health and wellness items. There are 2 types of OTC allowance benefits: OTC Mail Order or OTC Allowance.
If your plan has the OTC Mail Order allowance benefit, it can be used at CenterWell Pharmacy™ online.
If your plan has the OTC Allowance benefit loaded to a Humana Spending Account Card, you can use the card to purchase eligible OTC items at participating network retailers including brick-and-mortar retail locations including CenterWell Pharmacy and CenterWell Pharmacy™ online. You can check the balance of your OTC Allowance benefit by calling the number on the back of your Humana Spending Account Card: 855-396-0691 (TTY: 711), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your OTC allowance benefit is good for a variety of products including:
Your OTC allowance benefit is built into your plan and costs you nothing extra. Depending on your plan, you may receive a monthly allowance benefit or a quarterly benefit.
If your plan has the roll over feature on your OTC allowance benefit, your unused balance will roll over to the next period (month or quarter) and will expire at the end of the plan benefit year on Dec. 31st. If your OTC allowance benefit does not roll over, it expires at the end of each month or quarter depending on your plan.
