The Mann is proud to be your premier Philadelphia music destination, and we look forward to your visit to our beautiful, outdoor campus. The comfort, safety, and well-being of our patrons, artists, volunteers, and staff is our top priority.
- Bag Policy: Effective 2023. Bags must be 12"x6"x12" or smaller. For the safety of our patrons, all bags are subject to search. This policy does not apply to the Mann's Picnic Series, however all blankets, chairs, or other hand-carried items permitted into the venue are subject to search.
- Mobile Tickets: Touchless ticketing will be put in place for each event with mobile ticketing.
- Cashless Payment: To enable a contactless experience, we've gone cashless! We accept credit, debit, or mobile pay. We also have a reverse ATM on campus for you to convert your cash, dollar for dollar, with no charges, to a prepaid debit card. Use the card anywhere, not just at the Mann!
- Sanitizing Stations: Patrons will have access to various hand sanitizing stations that will be located throughout the venue.
- Enhanced Cleaning: Steps will be taken to sanitize surfaces throughout the venue before, during, and after each event.
- Proof of Vaccination: At this time, no events require proof of vaccination or negative test. Policies are subject to change. Please see your specific event page for the concert's entry policy.
- Face Coverings: Face coverings are optional and not mandatory.
In the best interest of fans and staff, we will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to an event at the Mann, unless prohibited by law, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Check your event's webpage for guidelines. The Mann is proud to be a part of the World Travel & Tourism Council's Safe Travels Program and the PHL Health Pledge. These seals signal our commitment to safely welcoming patrons back to the venue.
COVID-19 WARNING: The Mann Center for the Performing Arts has taken enhanced measures to protect the health and safety of our guests. There remains, however, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By entering our venue, you voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any other disease, illness, bacteria, virus or other pathogen, capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. You voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims relating to such exposure against Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Event Providers, including the Mann and the City of Philadelphia, and their affiliated companies relating to such risks, and agree to release, discharge and not bring suit against such entities arising from or relating to such exposure.
