I have been a patient here since before it was bought out and became Rock Family Dentistry Dr. Orr has always been friendly and kind to me but lately his front desk staff is so rude I recently had a baby and while I was pregnant, I was having so much pain. I called a couple times to get in and they were so rude to me on the phone told me they couldnt get me in for a couple months that I should go somewhere else I couldnt believe how I was treated. I then called again to ask to speak to a manager, and one of the girls proceeded to tell me that I have no so three times and thats why Im being treated this way, which is a lie. I would never no-show an appointment so the note they put in my chart Was probably done by the miserable front desk girl who was so rude to me on the phone! I will in fact be going some where else I was hoping maybe it was just one very unhappy lady that I had spoke to, but it seems to be the norm now I have been in the healthcare field 14 years we would never allow people to treat our patients this way! If you are so miserable with your job, I suggest you get out of the medical/dental field and it is sad that they are allowed to treat patients this way especially because I have been a patient 5+ years and I was pregnant I ended up having an infection in my tooth which couldve hurt my baby and couldve been really bad. I would not suggest going here. Hopefully they can train the front desk better or maybe hire kinder more empathetic employees
