how do I unblock someone?

I have accidetnly blocked my friend and can not seem to unblock them.
How do i do this?? i reallyreally need to know

iChat>Preferences>Accounts>Security click "Allow people in my Buddy List" or "Allow anyone", depending on which you prefer, to unblock your friend.

If you do what Steve said, but you still want other buddies to be blocked, I think you have to unblock everyone and then re-block the people that you want blocked.

Hi,
You can go to iChat > Preferences > Accounts > the account > Security tab and then Edit the Block List.
