Star Codes and other calling features

Discover ways to activate and deactivate several Fios Digital Voice and traditional voice calling features by using their pre-assigned Star Codes. The products listed and feature codes may not be available in all areas.

Use these quick-dial number combinations to easily activate and deactivate select Verizon calling features:

Fios Digital Voice service comes with many features that can be managed by phone, via the internet, and from your Fios TV.

With Fios Digital Voice Account Manager, you can manage your features at any time. For additional information, sign in to My Verizon to access your Account Manager or download the user guide.

  • Customize your Account Manager

  • You can customize your Account Manager home page with the three features you use most. You can see these features on your Home Page at any time and quickly turn them on and off.

    Sign into My Verizon to access your Account Manager to customize , select:

    • Calling Features > Features > Save
  • Learn more about your call history log

  • To view a log of your international calls:

    You can see a snapshot of your most recent calls on your online Account Manager or Fios TV. The log includes incoming and outgoing calls, missed calls, and calls that went to Voicemail.

    To view your Call Log online: Sign-in to your Account Manager > Calls and Messages > Call Logs tab

    To view your Call Log on TV using your fios remote, press: Menu > Fios Digital Voice

  • Learn more about the phone book

  • Your FDV phone book is a convenient tool for saving numbers, emails, and addresses for your most frequently contacted friends and family members.

    To add a contact to your FDV Phone Book from your call log, sign in to Account Manager, select:

    • Phone Book > Add a Contact > Save

    To add a contact to your FDV Phone Book from your call log, sign in to Account Manager.

    Select:

    • Calls and Messages > Select the contact to add > Add to Phone Book/Update Entry > Save
