It took 30 minutes to get food. Somebody dropped the ball. Not going back.

Hate to do this, but only one at drive thru, and it took 1/2 hour to get my order while 4 employees were standing at drive-thru window, laughing and having a good old time don't recommend if in a hurry also it was only 2 other people inside eating seems like their business has dropped off over the last several months at one time you waited in line to get your order

Avoid this Bojangles if you have some where to be. Service was extremely slow and poor. Waited 5 minutes behind 2 people for a single Bo Berry when they had an entire tray up. Management needs to step up and tell their people to multi-task / look ahead

Usually I have no problem with any of the staff but this morning the lady at the window giving out the food had straight attitude and basically threw my bag of food at me through the window because I asked for a drink tray.
