Here's how to check your AT&T Promotional card balance

Go to the AT&T Promotional Card website.
Enter the first 10 digits of the AT&T Promotional Card and select Continue.
Enter the activation PIN code. The PIN is the last four digits of the wireless number associated with the promotional card.
Follow the prompts to check your balance.
