Nexen Tire Adds New Distribution Center in Ohio

The new distribution center marks the third addition to U.S. operations and will service the Midwest, Great Lakes and the northeastern states.

Nexen Tire America is opening a new distribution center located at 2190 Creekside Parkway in Lockbourne, Ohio.

The new Ohio distribution center marks the third addition to its list of U.S. distribution facilities, joining the existing two located in California and Georgia.

Nexen says Ohio was strategically chosen for its centralized location in the U.S. With three distribution centers triangulating most of the U.S., Nexen says customers can now expect shorter delivery times and lower costs. The addition of a third distribution center also allows Nexen Tire’s network of dealers nationwide to provide more resources to customers than before, the company says.

Hankook iON Race tire – Interview with Rob Williams and Manfred Sandbichler

The ABB FIA Formula E World Championship returned this year to Miami for the first time in more than a decade. The 2025 Miami E-Prix, held at the iconic Homestead-Miami Speedway, featured a mix of high-speed oval racing and technical dogleg sections that kept drivers and onlookers like on the edge of their seats. Despite this, it was Hankook Tire that took center stage as the event’s exclusive tire supplier. The tire maker showcased its electric vehicle (EV) tire technology in the form of its iON Race tire, developed specifically for the all-electric Gen3 Evo race cars.
